Honestly, I think Delhi kind of sucks. The pollution is genuinely unbearable, it's unbearably hot over summer, the crime is palpable (even as an Indian man I felt unsafe; if you're a white woman you should probably just avoid stepping foot here), and there surprisingly wasn't that much to do, besides the main historical sites. Take this with a grain of salt: I visited in 2022 and only for a few days; it's possible I did it wrong. But I'm really not dying to go back.
